In the heart of Kensington, through an archway a few seconds' walk from Gloucester Road Tube Station (direct from Heathrow Airport), you will find this modern 4-star deluxe hotel and its advanced conference centre. Lunch, mid-morning and mid-afternoon refreshments are provided. You can also network, meet business contacts and/or relax in the hotel's large reception area, including Humphrey's Bar, as well as in the seating areas provided around the exhibitors' stands.

In addition, you can also discuss business in neighbouring Bugis Street Brasserie, a popular Cantonese and Singaporean Bistro, the famous Bombay Brasserie, London’s premier restaurant for Goan/Indian cuisine, or the Bailey's Olives Bar and Restaurant.

There are many tourist attractions within walking distance — and all London by Tube from Gloucester Road Station.

ACCESS DETAILS

There is a floor plan of the Exhibitor Hall near the top of this page. It shows the drive-up vehicle loading/unloading entrance to the exhibition area, which is one floor below the presentation rooms. There is also a car park below the conference centre. Exhibitors can set up display materials from 9pm on Wednesday 13 May.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION DETAILS

Exhibitors using a third-party to deliver their display materials should address them to: Ray Curtis (deliveries), for Deirdre Boyd/Melissa Gordon, UKESAD 14-16 May 2009, Orchard Suite, Millennium Gloucester Hotel & Conference Centre, 4-18 Harrington Gardens, London SW7 4LH
(enter loading bay from Courtfield Road).

Exhibitors should then contact Kathrin Block on +44 (0)20-73316429with the following details:

• delivery date to venue,
• no of cases,
• collection date from venue (Monday 18 May),
• name of courier/delivery service to and from venue.

Parcels not clearly labelled will not be accepted.

Drivers to ensure goods are delivered to Ray Curtis, via the loading bay, between 8am and 4pm from Tuesday 12 May 2009 earliest.

If a courier is collecting your display materials after the conference, simply stack everything on your table on Saturday 16 May and label parcels UKESAD collection, giving same details as in second paragraph.

Refreshments will be located in the exhibitor hall, to maximise traffic and visitors to your stand
