For delegates who pay by 7 December 2008:

• the subsidised rate for voluntary organisations is £110/day or £275 for 3 days (compared to £154 and £357)
• the rate for public/private-sector organisations is £140/day or £325 for 3 days (compared to £195 and £425)
• exhibitors gain 20% off their table/site as well as the discount per delegate.

Also, if you need to cancel and do so before 8 February 2009, you can reclaim ALL  your money back (less £25 admin charge).
