London loses out under new funding formula

London boroughs are adversely affected by a new formula for allocating the pooled treatment budget based on numbers on treatment. London's overall budget for 2008/2009 drops £2million to £86million - and indicative figures suggest this could reduce progressively to £76.3million in 2010.
